Was supposed to run then have breakfast at the market but raining so can sleep in. Yeah!!! 😆 But also means gotta cook breakfast this morning. 

Steamed purple sweet potatoes with a stir fry of mini king oyster mushrooms, zucchini and edamame in soy sauce and topped with roasted garlic tomatoes. 

Thanks to the yummy flourless lemon pound cake made by @ruicheng84, we have a sweet treat this morning too!

Good morning!!!! ☀️🌞😃 Slept in today cos Good morning!!!! ☀️🌞😃 Slept in today cos I was so exhausted. Woke up and realized I have no bread, no overnight oats, no yogurt for breakfast. 😱 

So went to fridge and pulled out any veg I can find and grabbed my home made teriyaki sauce... Ta-da! My anyhow stir fry veg egg scramble with steamed purple sweet potato. 

Zucchini, mushrooms, peppers, ladies fingers with eggs and purple sweet potato topped with yuzu shichimi.

Came home STARVING!!! So gotta cook up something f Came home STARVING!!! So gotta cook up something fast. Boiled some lentils in ikan bilis (fish) stock cube and then pan fried mushrooms and peppers, add a pack of baby spinach and then throw in the lentils and stock, dash of lemon juice and black pepper, plate and throw in some olives - dinner is served with delicious warm bread lightly toasted from @time2.rise. 

Bread was frozen with shrink wrap. Left it on counter top to defrost before I headed out today. Came home, remove shrink wrap, slice, spray with water and toast for 4 min at 180C. So fluffy with lightly crisp crust. Ooooh... 😋 and I love the colours of the bread. Reminds me of a calligraphy painting with cherry blossoms.
