Good morning!!! ☀️ best way to start the day… freshly made black bean milk, steamed egg white with miso and mirin, broccolini with mushrooms and of coarse a slice of garlic herb sourdough bread with home made almond and cashew butter! 😋
Found a place that we agree can visit again! Very Found a place that we agree can visit again! Very delicious and interesting offerings on menu especially their vegetarian and vegan options. Not easy to find a place that can make vegetables interesting and delicious. At very reasonable prices too! 

Had kale Patties with sumac roasted cauliflower and sweet potatoes on very velvety smooth cauliflower coconut cream. 

The vegan pannacotta is also very yummy but at $19 is quite pricey! But it is a great dessert.

Part 2 of breakfast today is 2 slices of this bad Part 2 of breakfast today is 2 slices of this bad ass sourdough vegan waffle recipe we tried today. 

I have always been hesitant to go all vegan on bakes as I didn’t have faith on egg substitutes. 

Using soy milk, flax seeds and olive oil (ran out of mct), it came out surprisingly good! Crispy on outside and fluffy inside. It is still fragrant albeit a little less than usual but it has a different type of light fragrance. I am sold! 

Eaten with our homemade double dark chocolate almond and cashew nut butter topped w blueberries and pecans. Yum yum!

So made korean pancakes instead lah! Hubby says pancake alone not enough. So added steamed pumpkins with almonds and miso sauce and mummy’s almond blueberry cake with black bean milk.

Stir fried mixed veggies - cabbage, ladies fingers, broccoli and king oyster mushrooms with tau kwa.

Added long beans, mini king oyster mushrooms, Shanghai greens and tomatoes topped with cashew nuts. It was very yummy!!! Eaten with a refreshing Brussels sprout salad and some tempeh.
